When submitting a Plant Hub request, you may provide information including:

We use this information to review your planting request, check supplier availability and pricing, contact you about your request and provide our garden maintenance and planting services.
Plant Hub access
The customer Plant Hub uses password-protected access.
It is separate from the private Robson Garden Maintenance staff operating system. Customers do not receive access to internal staff systems or internal business information.
Google and Gmail services
Robson Garden Maintenance uses Google services, including the Gmail API, within our internal business systems.
Google account access is authorised by Robson Garden Maintenance using our own business Google account.
Customers using the Plant Hub are not asked to connect their own Google account and the Plant Hub does not obtain access to customers' Gmail accounts.
The Gmail API may be used by our internal systems to:

Send Plant Hub order requests to Robson Garden Maintenance

Read business emails where required by our internal Email Agent

Create email drafts to assist authorised Robson Garden Maintenance staff
Access is limited to the functionality required by these business systems.
Google user data obtained through Google APIs is not sold to third parties or used for advertising.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements.
Storage and security
Plant Hub and internal RGM systems use server-side authentication and access controls designed to prevent customers from accessing staff-only systems.
Authentication credentials, Google OAuth tokens and API secrets are not exposed through the public Plant Hub interface.
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.
Sharing information
We may share information where necessary with suppliers or service providers involved in fulfilling your request.
We do not sell personal information.
We may also disclose information where required by law.
Data retention
Information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for business, customer-service, accounting, legal and operational purposes.
Your rights
You may contact us if you would like to ask about information we hold about you or request that inaccurate information is corrected.
Where applicable under UK data-protection law, you may also have rights relating to access, deletion, restriction or objection to the processing of your personal information.
Changes to this policy
